対象：スマートフォン向けゲーム「ポケットビーツ」（以下「本アプリ」）
制定日：2026年10月6日

そらいろゲームス（以下「当方」）は、本アプリを遊ぶみなさまの情報を、次のとおり取り扱います。本アプリは、お子さまも遊べる全年齢向けのゲームです。

1. 当方が集める情報

当方は、本アプリから当方のサーバーへ個人情報を送ることはありません（当方はサーバーを使っていません）。名前・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報などを入力していただくこともありません。

本アプリは、次の情報をお使いの端末の中だけに保存します。アプリを削除すると消えます。

• 設定（言語、ノーツの速さ、オフセット、レーン数、キッズモードなど）
• 遊んだ記録（クリアした曲、解放したステージ、選んだキャラクターなど）
• 購入した商品の記録（広告を消す、サポーターパック）
• 生まれた年（最初の起動のときにお聞きします。下の「4. お子さまについて」で説明する広告の出し方を決めるためだけに使い、端末の外へは送りません）

2. 外部のサービスについて

本アプリは、次の外部サービスを使っています。これらのサービスは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従って情報を扱います。

広告：Google AdMob（Google LLC）

本アプリは、曲の合間などに広告を表示するため、Google AdMob を使っています。AdMob は、広告を配信・測定し、不正を防ぐために、端末の広告 ID、端末やアプリの情報、IP アドレス、おおよその位置、広告の表示やタップの記録などを集めることがあります。

• 13 歳未満の方、生まれた年が分からない場合、キッズモードを使っている場合は、興味・関心にもとづく広告（パーソナライズ広告）を出さない設定で広告をお願いし、広告の内容も全年齢向け（G）に限ります。
• 欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国など法律で同意が必要な地域では、広告の前に Google の同意画面を表示します。
• 端末の設定から、広告 ID の削除や、パーソナライズ広告の停止ができます。
• 「広告を消す」またはサポーターパックを購入すると、曲の合間の広告は表示されません。

アプリ内課金：Google Play（Google LLC）

アプリ内の商品の購入は、Google Play のしくみで行います。お支払いの情報（カード番号など）は Google が扱い、当方が受け取ることはありません。当方が受け取るのは、どの商品が購入されたかという情報だけです。

3. 情報を使う目的

• ゲームを遊べるようにし、設定や記録を保つため
• 購入した商品をお渡しし、機種変更などのときに復元するため
• 年齢に合った広告を表示するため

当方は、みなさまの情報を販売したり、上の目的以外に使ったりしません。

4. お子さまについて

本アプリは、お子さまも遊べます。最初の起動で生まれた年をお聞きし、13 歳未満の方（分からない場合も含みます）には、興味・関心にもとづく広告を出さず、全年齢向けの広告だけを表示します。キッズモードを使っているときも同じです。アプリ内での購入の前には、キッズモードでは保護者の方への確認（かけ算の問題）を表示します。

5. 情報の削除

本アプリが端末に保存した情報は、アプリを削除すると消えます。購入の記録は Google Play に残り、同じ Google アカウントで入れ直すと自動で戻ります。広告のために Google が集めた情報については、Google の設定（マイ アド センター）から管理できます。

6. このポリシーの変更

このポリシーは、必要に応じて変更することがあります。大切な変更は、このページでお知らせします。

App: "Pocket Beats" for smartphones (the "App")

Sorairo Games ("we") handles information about people who play the App as follows. The App is an all-ages game that children can play too.

1. What we collect

We do not send personal information from the App to any server of ours (we do not run servers), and the App never asks for your name, email address, phone number or location.

The App keeps the following only on your device; it is deleted when you uninstall the App:

• Settings (language, note speed, offset, lane count, kids mode, etc.)
• Play records (cleared songs, unlocked stages, chosen character, etc.)
• Your purchases (Remove Ads, Supporter Pack)
• Year of birth (asked on the first launch, used only to choose how ads are shown as described in section 4, never sent off the device)

2. Third-party services

Ads: Google AdMob (Google LLC)

The App shows ads (for example between songs) with Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads and prevent fraud, AdMob may collect the advertising ID, device and app information, IP address, approximate location, and ad views and taps.

• For players under 13, when the age is unknown, and in kids mode, ads are requested as child-directed (no interest-based ads) and limited to G-rated content.
• Where the law requires consent (EEA, UK, etc.), Google's consent form is shown before ads.
• You can reset or delete the advertising ID and opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
• Buying Remove Ads or the Supporter Pack turns off the ads between songs.

In-app purchases: Google Play (Google LLC)

Purchases are made through Google Play. Google handles your payment details; we never receive them. We only learn which item was bought.

3. How we use information

• To run the game and keep your settings and records
• To deliver and restore your purchases
• To show ads suitable for your age

We do not sell your information or use it for any other purpose.

4. Children

Children can play the App. On the first launch we ask the year of birth; players under 13 (or whose age is unknown) only get non-interest-based, G-rated ads. The same applies in kids mode. In kids mode, a check for parents (a multiplication question) is shown before any purchase. Parents with questions can contact us below.

5. Deleting information

Information stored by the App is deleted when you uninstall it. Purchases stay with Google Play and come back when you reinstall with the same Google account. Information collected by Google for ads can be managed at My Ad Center.
